Day one, Thursday October 8, 2026
Tonight, we will overnight in Columbus, OH at the Drury Inn & Suites. Upon arrival you will enjoy the Kick Back at the Drury Inn. (D, Kickback)
Day two, Friday October 9, 2026
Today, we will arrive at the Opryland Hotel in Nashville. After relaxing and refreshing, we will load the motorcoach for a great experience at the Grand Ole Opry. Tonight, we will have the Studio A dinner party package that will include dinner, main floor seating and a backstage tour after the show. We will return to the hotel after the backstage tour. (B,D)
Day three, Saturday October 10, 2026
After Breakfast at the hotel, we will make our way to Studio B. It was at this studio in January, 1956, that Sholes and Atkins produced a session with Elvis Presley during which he recorded Heartbreak Hotel, the song that would become Presley’s first gold record and the biggest-selling single of 1956. We will then make our way to the Country Music Hall of Fame. Discover the stories behind the music as you view over 3,000 stage costumes, original song manuscripts and musical instruments. Enjoy lunch on own at the Country Music Hall of Fame. We will then get a great tour of the Ryman Auditorium. The Ryman Auditorium is the original Grand Ole Opry where we will get to see where it all started. After a great tour, we will make our way to Memphis. Upon arrival in Memphis, we will check into the Guest House at Graceland. Introducing an extraordinary resort hotel experience in the heart of Elvis Presley’s Graceland®! Located just steps away from the iconic Graceland Mansion. After checking into the hotel take time to relax and enjoy the evening. Dinner will be on our own at the hotel or one of many local restaurants (B)
Day four, Sunday October 11, 2026
After a great breakfast at the hotel, we will meet our guide who will be with us all day. We will enjoy tours of the Stax Museum and the Rock N Soul Museum. We will enjoy lunch on our own with suggestions from your guide. After a great lunch, we will make our way to the National Civil Rights Museum. The museum offers 260 artifacts, more than 40 new films, oral histories, interactive media and external listening posts that guide visitors through five centuries of history. After a great day of touring, we will make our way back to the hotel to refresh before we enjoy one of Memphis’ famous BBQ Dinners. (B, D)
Day five, Monday October 12, 2026
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel before we enjoy a great tour of Sun Studio. Sun Studio is known worldwide as “The Birthplace of Rock’n’roll”. It is the discovery location of musical legends and genres of the 50’s from B.B. King and Elvis Presley to Johnny Cash and Jerry Lee Lewis. We will make our way to Graceland where we will enjoy a VIP tour. We will enjoy the legendary Jungle Room to his private jets. Every corner tells a story of rock ‘n’ roll royalty, and we will enjoy it VIP style. Take your time and enjoy every space of Graceland as you can walk next door to the hotel when finished. We will finish this day with dinner on Famous Beale Street. (B, D)
Day six, Tuesday October 13, 2026
After breakfast at the hotel, we will travel to Tuscumbia, AL and tour the Alabama Music Hall of Fame. We will explore exhibits honoring Alabama’s music legends, including Hank Williams, Lionel Richie and the Muscle Shoals Rhythm Section. This museum showcases the state’s rich musical heritage. Enjoy lunch on your own. We will then make our way to Birmingham where we will check into the Drury Inn & Suites for the next 3 nights. Tonight, our dinner will be at Iron City. Iron City features performances by local and national acts, creating a vibrant dining atmosphere. (B, D)
Day seven, Wednesday October 14, 2026
This morning, we will start breakfast at the hotel before meeting our guide for the day. We will enjoy tours at the AL Jazz Hall of Fame, this museum is in the historic Carver Theater and celebrates Alabama’s jazz heritage. We will then make our way to the 16th Street Baptist Church known as the pivotal Civil Rights Movement site which was tragically known for the 1963 bombing. The church stands as a symbol of the struggle and resilience of the Civil Rights era. Lunch will be on our own and then we will tour the Birmingham Civil Rights Institute. This interactive museum chronicles the Civil Rights Movement, providing powerful insights into the fight for equality. Next, we will make our way to Montgomery and make a stop at The Redmont Hotel, the place where Hank Williams spent his last night. From there we will go to the Barber Vintage Motorsports Museum, home to 1,600 motorcycles and race cars. We will then travel back to Birmingham where we will enjoy a relaxing evening and enjoy Kickback at the hotel. (B, D)
Day eight, Thursday October 15, 2026
This morning, we will start breakfast at the hotel before meeting our guide for the day and will make our way to Selma, AL. This morning, we will walk across the historic bridge, the site of the 1965 Bloody Sunday march, The Edmund Pettus Bridge. This bridge is a powerful symbol of the fight for voting rights and civil justice. We will then visit the Old Live Oak Confederate Cemetery before enjoying a great lunch at Dreamland BBQ. After lunch we will head back to Montgomery where we will visit the Dexter Avenue King Memorial Baptist Church. This is the Church where Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. served as pastor during the Montgomery Bus Boycott. Next, we will visit the Hank Williams Museum and the Hank Williams Memorial & Grave Site. Before returning to Birmingham, we will enjoy dinner at the Capitol Oyster Bar. A popular spot for live music and fresh seafood. (B, L, D)
Day nine, Friday October 16, 2026
After Breakfast we depart for Staunton Virginia for an overnight at the Fairfield Inn & Suites. Upon arrival, we will relax and enjoy dinner on our own at the hotel or a restaurant nearby. (B)

After breakfast at the hotel, we will make our way home. (B)
