Day 1 – Tuesday, October 1
This afternoon you will arrive in Kennebunkport to enjoy free time for lunch on own and shopping at the many area restaurants and shops in Dock Square.
Next you will tour the The First Families Kennebunkport Museum. See the 1853 Greek Revival home (formerly called the Nott House) and view exhibitions covering two centuries of Kennebunkport history. Local guides share stories and artifacts from sea captains and shipbuilders to rusticators to Kennebunkport’s most famous summer resident, former President George H.W. Bush and his family.
Now it is time to check in to The Nonantum Resort in picturesque Kennebunkport for the next two nights. You’ll relax along the banks of the Kennebunk River and see sailing and fishing boats pass by. There is an outdoor heated pool and hot tub. A Custom Maine Made Gift Basket will be waiting in each guest room to experience a taste of Maine during your visit.
A Welcome Reception will be ready for your arrival where you will meet the Maine Tour Lobsterette who will hand out maps of the villages you will be visiting during your trip.
After enjoying free time to relax at the resort you will head back to Dock Square to enjoy dinner on your own at one of the many area Restaurants.
Day 2 – Wednesday, October 2
Breakfast is included at the hotel this morning. Today is your day to explore Kennebunkport on your own! You may choose from any of the following activities or spend the day however you choose!

- Taking a Trolley Tour
- A Lobstering Cruise
- Visit to Ganny’s Garden
- Shopping in the many shops and galleries in Dock Square
- Kennebunkport Historic District Garden Stroll

- Sea Love Candle Making Experience
In the evening, after a full day exploring Kennebunkport, take a break and enjoy your gift basket and the lovely Nonantum Resort, and you are free to dine as you wish!
Day 3 – Thursday, October 3
Breakfast is included at the hotel this morning. After checking out, we will board our coach and travel to Perkins Cove in Ogunquit Maine to enjoy free time for shopping or taking in the beautiful views of the lobster boats, sailboats, and unique drawbridge. Next, we take you to explore the village of Ogunquit and enjoy lunch and shopping on own.
Marginal Way is a scenic walk you may want to stroll along the Sea from Perkins Cove. An easy paved walk with stunning views as you pass by rocky cliffs, tide pools, shallow beaches and the Lobster Point Lighthouse. There are also plenty of stops along the way where you can rest and watch the waves!
Your final stop will be to the Stonewall Kitchens Flagship Store, manufacturers of Maine-made specialty condiments, jams and vinegars. Named for the graceful stonewalls that surrounded the original farm where the business began.
Now it is time to travel back home filled with your Coastal Maine Memories!
