Arrive in Lincoln New Hampshire for a delightful 2-night stay at Indian Head Resort, located in the heart of the White Mountains. Relax, unwind, and explore the beautiful surroundings this Resort offers.
This evening begins our Train Lovers Experience on the Café Lafayette Dinner Train. Come and escape the ordinary and relive the romance of dining on the rails while riding in beautifully restored vintage dining cars. Enjoy five courses of fine food and spirits served in the Grand European manner. (D)

After BREAKFAST, discover the White Mountains of New Hampshire as we begin a new day’s adventure traveling along The Kancamagus Highway, a National Scenic Byway in the White Mountain National Forest. This scenic road climbs to nearly 3,000 feet offering awe-inspiring alpine and valley panoramas, with mountain views in the distant, to get a glimpse of the brilliant colors of NH Fall Foliage.
Travel to the village of North Conway where you’ll enjoy some of the most dramatic natural scenery in the East as you travel through spectacular Crawford Notch, cascading brooks and streams, panoramic mountain all enroute to Mount Washington COG Railway. THE WORLDS FIRST MOUNTAIN CLIMBING COG RAILWAY. ‘Enjoy a Scenic Train Ride to the Summit of Mount Washington, the Northeast’s Highest Peak! Trains run Rain, Snow or Shine & may be Steam or Diesel powered. The round-trip cog ride takes approximately three hours, generally including one hour stop at the summit.
We recommend that you bring a camera and an extra jacket or sweater. Remember, some trains are fired by coal — so dress accordingly. Enjoy a box LUNCH upon arrival at the Cog Railway.
When you return, board our coach and continue our adventure along the Franconia Notch Parkway, a spectacular mountain pass between the high peaks of the Kinsman and Franconia Mountain ranges.
Return to Indian Head Resort to refresh for DINNER included. (B, L, D)

After BREAKFAST, we check out and travel to Meredith New Hampshire to ride the rails while enjoying sweeping views of the beautiful Lakes region onboard the Winnipesaukee Scenic Railroad.
Next is LUNCH included at Hart’s Turkey Restaurant
Travel home while enjoying the new England scenic fall foliage along the way! (B, L)

We encourage you to book early to accommodate any special needs and to assure that members of your party will be seated together. All seats will be sold. If you wish to NOT sit next to a stranger, you must purchase the seat next to you. We reserve the right to assign seats when necessary.
ROOM PREFERENCE: We offer both two queen bed rooms and single king bed rooms. Please let us know your preference and we will do our best to match you to that room.
RESERVATIONS: To be FAIR and IMPARTIAL seat assignments will be taken at the time of booking your reservation. Deposit of $100 per person. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations within 60 days from departure will be subject to a $100 fee per person, plus incidentals; cost for tickets, meals, hotels and other non-recoverable expenses. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE ON ALL TOURS.
