Arrival Downtown Wellsboro for lunch on own. Depart downtown for Highland Chocolate for a tour of the factory, complete with a goodie bag filled with their delicious chocolates!
Check in for a 2-night stay at Penn Wells Lodge, located on Historic Route 6 in the heart of beautiful Wellsboro, PA.
Free time to explore Historic Downtown Wellsboro. Talk a walk on the “Green”, browse shops, stop in the oldest family-run department store in the East: Dunham’s!

Day 2, Saturday, June 27, 2026
Enjoy a hearty Breakfast before we depart for Leonard Harrison State Park – lush forests, steep canyon walls, and breathtaking views of the meandering Pine Creek.
Depart Leonard Harrison State Park for Ole Covered Wagon, to enjoy a 2-hour guided tour in a horse-drawn covered wagon, along the Pennsylvania Grand Canyon Floor.
Enjoy a Cowboy Cookout Lunch included.
Next, we share the story of Pennsylvania’s courageous yet reckless lumbering past and promote the ongoing care, management, and recreational use of our forests at the Pennsylvania Lumber Museum. Learn about the relationship between Pennsylvania’s forests and its people, and how that has changed over time.
Return to our hotel and enjoy Dinner at the Mary Wells Dining Room, Penn Wells Hotel.
Tonight, after dinner a special Curated Game Night at the Lodge Lobby with Pop’s Culture – curated games with staff from Pop’s Culture.
Day 3, Sunday, June 28, 2026
Breakfast and check out before boarding our coach and departing for Miller’s Purely Maple – learn about the process of making maple products and sample some of the delicious items.
Your adventure continues with a visit to the world-renowned Corning Museum of Glass, where art and history collide in a mesmerizing display of craftsmanship – guided tour of the Museum and Live Glass blowing demonstration.
Lunch voucher included at the Museum Café and time for exploring the gift shop.
