Today you will travel to North Conway, New Hampshire for an unforgettable tour, we will begin with a tour of the magnificent Castle in the Clouds in Moultonboro, New Hampshire. Then we will check-in for a 2-night stay at The White Mountain Hotel & Resort. Nestled beneath scenic White Horse Ledge and Cathedral Ledge, this beautiful resort hotel features a professional golf course*, year-round, outdoor heated swimming pool and Jacuzzi, fire pit, saunas, health club and all the services and amenities that make it a world-class resort. Upon arrival, you will be greeted by the hotel’s friendly staff prior to enjoying a Welcome Reception in the Tullamore Tavern. This evening, and every evening, you will dine off-the-menu at your leisure in the elegant Ledges Restaurant.
You will begin today with breakfast in Ledges Restaurant. After breakfast, board our coach and you will travel to the famous Mount Washington Cog Railway, the first mountain climbing railroad in the world, a National historic Engineering Landmark. Ride to the summit, the highest peak in the Northeast at 6,288 feet. Here you will have time to explore and take pictures of this incredible, scenic, and historic place, and enjoy lunch on your own at the top. Summit temperatures will be cooler than the base so we encourage you to bring a jacket. Also included is the Extreme Mount Washington Museum located on the summit. After your ride on The Cog, we will travel back to North Conway through scenic Crawford Notch. Return to your resort with time to relax before enjoying another wonderful dinner in Ledges. After dinner you will be treated to a spectacular show in the Echo Ballroom.
You will begin today with a leisurely breakfast in Ledges Restaurant. After breakfast, we check out and travel through Southern Mount Washington Valley and the Lakes Region, where you will arrive at Lake Winnipesaukee, New Hampshire’s largest lake! Here you will depart on the historic 230 foot M/S Mt. Washington for a narrated cruise and buffet lunch along the 288 mile shoreline of this beautiful lake with views of the Ossipee, Belknap, and Sandwich mountain ranges. After our cruise, you will head home with many great memories to share of your time in the White Mountains of New Hampshire and your wonderful stay at The White Mountain Hotel & Resort!
SEATING PREFERENCE: If yes, please let us know your preference in the boxes on the booking page with the specific seat, seat location and if you would like to sit near someone. Check out our seat assignment policy page for our seating chart. If no preference is made, your seat will be assigned by Wade Tours. Check out the seating chart to the left!!
We encourage you to book early to accommodate any special needs and to assure that members of your party will be seated together. All seats will be sold. If you wish to NOT sit next to a stranger, you must purchase the seat next to you. We reserve the right to assign seats when necessary.
ROOM PREFERENCE: We offer both two queen bed rooms and single king bed rooms. Please let us know your preference and we will do our best to match you to that room.
RESERVATIONS: To be FAIR and IMPARTIAL seat assignments will be taken at the time of booking your reservation. Deposit of $100 per person. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations within 60 days from departure will be subject to a $100 fee per person, plus incidentals; cost for tickets, meals, hotels and other non-recoverable expenses. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE ON ALL TOURS.
