Now it’s showtime at the Newport Playhouse, a unique dinner theatre – enjoy a great buffet–a wonderful Christmas play and a fun-filled cabaret. Our extensive, hearty buffet does not skimp on quality or selection. Everything is prepared on the premises. We offer a large variety of hot and cold foods, main entrees, side dishes, beverages and homemade desserts.
Next, Sparkling Lights at The Breakers, a dazzling wonderland of color and light, brings the magic of the holidays to this outdoor spectacle of holiday lights!
Inside this magnificent mansion, the lavishly decorated rooms are dressed in their festive holiday finery. Nearly 30 Christmas trees are exquisitely decorated to complement the décor and hundreds of poinsettias, garlands, wreaths and fresh floral arrangements add color, warmth and life. As always, the 15-foot-tall poinsettia tree in the Great Hall of The Breakers – made up of 150 poinsettia plants – provides a perfect holiday photo opportunity.
