-Starts when gates open until middle of the 5th inning or 90 mins, after originally scheduled first pitch , whichever comes first
-Suite contains private concession stands, bathrooms and full-service wrap around bar (a la carte)
Baseball Stadium Policies, Please Note Stadium Terms: Time, opponent, date, club rosters and lineups are subject to change. Wade Tours is not responsible for any changes made by Major League Baseball. Tickets are non-refundable. Tickets are non-transferable to another game.
CANCELLATIONS: Ballgame and Ticketed events are non-refundable.
Travel Club promos & Reward Certificates are non-refundable. Casino Trips are non-refundable but are transferable.
Please Note Stadium Terms: Time, opponent, date and club rosters and lineups, including the Team’s roster and lineup, are subject to change. Wade Tours Reservation Cancellations due to these changes are non refundable.
Baseball Rain Out Policy: Our tours will leave as scheduled. It can be stormy in the Albany area and be clear and sunny in the City. If the game is cancelled when we arrive, hold on to your tickets. The tickets can be used for the rescheduled game. This also applies should the game be called before the fifth inning. Wade Tours WILL NOT provide transportation to the rescheduled game. If the game is stopped during or after the fifth inning, it is considered a complete game and no rain out tickets will be issued.
TICKETS ARE DIGITAL , PRINT AT HOME TICKETS HAVE BEEN DISCONTINUED – Tickets are Non-refundable
ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES: Absolutely NO alcoholic beverages are permitted on the bus. Wade Tours reserves the right to search ALL coolers, backpacks, bags, containers, etc. prior to and at ANY time during our tour. Any person found with alcoholic beverages on board is subject to removal from the tour – NO EXCEPTIONS/NO REFUNDS. This policy also includes any passengers that are drunk prior to boarding the coach and are loud, use foul language or in anyway disturb other Wade Tour passengers. You will be removed from the tour – NO EXCEPTIONS/NO REFUNDS.
SEATING PREFERENCE: If yes, please let us know your preference on the booking page with the specific seat, seat location and if you would like to sit near someone. Check out our seat assignment policy page for our seating chart. If no preference is made, your seat will be assigned by Wade Tours. Check out the seating chart to the left!!
We encourage you to book early to accommodate any special needs and to assure that members of your party will be seated together. All seats will be sold. If you wish to NOT sit next to a stranger, you must purchase the seat next to you.We reserve the right to assign seats when necessary.
