Day 1- Monday, September 1, 2025 – Travel to Montreal, QC
Today, travel up to Montreal, Quebec. Meet up with your Step-on-Guide for a city tour of Montreal, where you will experience the vibrant city rich with history. Visit Old Montreal, featuring cobblestone streets and historic buildings, the Notre-Dame Basilica and Mount Royal.
Enjoy an included dinner tonight.

Day 2- Tuesday, September 2, 2025 – Montreal to Quebec City, QC
After an included breakfast today, travel to historic Quebec city where you will meet your Step-on-Guide. Tour Old Quebec, a recognized UNESCO World Heritage site that features well-preserved colonial architecture and the Chateau Frontenac, an iconic hotel located in the centre of the city. Check-into your accommodations, and enjoy dinner.

Day 3 – Wednesday, September 3, 2025 – Quebec City to Matane, QC
Head out of Quebec City this morning and travel to Riviere-du-Loup to visit Parc Des Chutes, an iconic 33-meter waterfall. Also visit Redford Gardens, an open-air living museum that features expansive and historic gardens. This National Historic Site was created by horticulturalist Elsie Redford starting in 1926.
Head to Matane for the evening, where you will check-in to your accommodations and enjoy an included dinner and enjoy your first night on the Gaspe Peninsula.

Day 4 – Thursday, September 4, 2025 – Matane to Perce, QC
Enjoy breakfast before heading on a scenic drive across the Gaspe Peninsula towards Perce. Gaspe is a beautiful and unique destination and as you travel along the clear blue rivers with views of lighthouses, national parks and wildlife. Upon arrival in Perce, enjoy a tour with a step-on guide featuring the sights and history of the area.

Day 5 – Friday, September 5, 2025 – Perce Rock, Bonaventure Island and Leisure time
Today, take a boat tour around one of Quebec’s most iconic natural wonders: Perce Rock. Marvel how its massive limestone cliffs reach majestically out of the Gulf of St. Lawrence. Also, see Bonaventure Island, home to more than 280,000 birds and the world’s largest gannet colony. After the boat tour, the remainder of the day is at your leisure.

Day 6 – Saturday, September 6, 2025 – Perce to Miramichi, NB
Your journey continues along the Bay of Chaleur to Pasp’biac National Historic Site. During your visit to the site’s period buildings, discover its key role in the exporting of dried cod during the 19th century. Return to New Brunswick and on to the city of Miramichi for an evening of festivities with your fellow travelers for a Miramichi Kitchen Party. Enjoy storytelling and music featuring the history and culture of the area.
