Day 1 Saturday, November 1st
After a day of travel, you check into your hotel in Staunton, Virginia. Stop for dinner on own enroute.
Day 2 Sunday, November 2nd
Arrive in Pigeon Forge and check-in for a 3-night stay at Dollywood’s HeartSong Lodge & Resort, your home away from home for a warm and welcoming Christmas in the Smoky Mountains and the wonder of finding your own heartsong!
Dinner this evening is a four-course feast at Dolly Parton’s Stampede Christmas Show & Dinner – The holiday festivities get playful as Elves from the North Pole and South Pole will compete in a friendly rivalry while serving up a festive dinner. Snow falls softly as the breathtaking scenes fill you with tidings of good cheer. The Stampede arena is magically transformed into a true fantasy land complete with twinkling lights, evergreens, poinsettias, old-fashioned holiday costumes and familiar holiday music. You will also love the live nativity; it is both dramatic and spectacular. The true meaning of Christmas comes alive right before your very eyes as three kings ride atop camels on their way to Bethlehem. The stunning beauty of angels ascending from above will amaze you as the songs fill you with the Christmas Spirit.
After a truly wonderful evening at Dolly’s Stampede, return to HeartSong for a peaceful night’s rest. (B,D)

Enjoy free time, shopping, and lunch on your own this afternoon at The Island. With over 80 shops, restaurants and attractions, a one-stop-shop of fun. Return to HeartSong to refresh for tonight’s event.
Christmas at the Titanic – inside and out, is magical during the winter holidays. The sights, sounds and joy of the season are sure to hail the arrival of Christmas..Oh joy, the holiday season is almost here again! Christmastime at Titanic fills every heart with fellowship and good cheer. The beauty and charm of our once-upon-a-time Edwardian Christmas will dazzle and truly amaze you, from your arrival at the White Star Line boarding station to the moment you depart through our magical Holiday Gift Shoppe.
Every day, we remember and honor the men, women and especially the 135 children who sailed RMS Titanic’s maiden voyage in 1912. But it’s during this special time of year that you’ll truly experience what it was like aboard ship and how it might have looked on a Christmas voyage 113 years ago.

Day 5 Wednesday, November 5
Begin your day with a Breakfast Buffet at your leisure before checking out. Luggage service included.
Travel today to beautiful, historic Old Town Winchester! Discover the charm of Old Town Winchester, a quaint pedestrian walking mall bursting with locally owned shops, cafes, & specialty retail shops.
Upon arrival we will go to our hotel and check-in after a day of travel and refresh. Tonight, enjoy dinner included at a local restaurant. (B,D)
Day 6 Thursday, November 6
After Breakfast it’s time to check out and depart for home with a stop along the way at Hershey Chocolate World for those wonderful Christmas Holiday Chocolates! (B)

We encourage you to book early to accommodate any special needs and to assure that members of your party will be seated together. We reserve the right to assign seats when necessary.
ROOM PREFERENCE: We offer both two queen bed rooms and single king bed rooms. Please let us know your preference and we will do our best to match you to that room.
RESERVATIONS: To be FAIR and IMPARTIAL seat assignments will be taken at the time of booking your reservation. Deposit of $100 per person. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations within 60 days from departure will be subject to a $100 fee per person, plus cost for tickets, meals, hotels and other non-recoverable expenses.
No Risk deposits for travelers – Fully refundable up to final payment (60-days prior to departure). After final payment, cancelled within 60-day, all monies paid will stay as a credit in your account until you are able to once again travel. However, Wade Tour & Travel, acts only as an agent in arranging the various accommodations, sightseeing, restaurant and attraction reservations which are made available and therefore, assumes no responsibility for non-recoverable expenses!
