Day #1 – Tuesday, June 2, 2026
Stop in Essex, MA. for Lunch included at Woodman’s, where fried clams were invented.
Our next stop will be to the Stonewall Kitchens Flagship Store in York Maine for free time to explore the store and shop on own. Stonewall Kitchens are manufacturers of Maine-made specialty condiments, jams and vinegars. Named for the graceful stonewalls that surrounded the original farm where the business began.
Check into The Anchorage Inn in York Maine for the next three nights. This property is located directly across from the ocean so you can enjoy the beautiful sea breeze and gorgeous views. A Maine Tour Lobsterette will greet you and hand out Lobster Hats.
Travel to York for a photo of Maine’s southernmost lighthouse, the Nubble Light in Cape Neddick near York Beach. From Nubble Light you will also spot the infamous Boon Island Lighthouse, located just off-shore.
Next it is time for your Lobster Choice Dinner with all the fixings at a Local Favorite! (Lunch, Dinner)
Day #2 – Wednesday, June 3, 2026
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before traveling to Kennebunkport, Maine – Along the way you will make a stop at the famous Congdon’s Doughnuts to grab one of their delicious doughnuts! Located in the beautiful seaside town of Wells, Maine, Congdon’s Family Restaurant & Bakery has been serving up world famous doughnuts — and is the reason so many consider us “a must” for anyone traveling to or through southern Maine.
Meet your local guide to take you on a Narrated lunch and historic walking tour of Kennebunkport. The area has been home to those who make their living on the sea for centuries and it has been a popular destination for visitors from Maine and “from away” who love the history, beautiful beaches and plentiful outdoor activities. In recent years, the culinary scene has exploded and has attracted nationally renowned chefs, gourmet catering companies, craft brewers and award-winning food artisans. This tour takes a leisurely half mile stroll from Dock Square across the bridge into the lower village as you taste all along the way what it means to be from Maine. Your friendly and knowledgeable guide will take you to a variety of artisanal shops, restaurants or pubs where you will dine or grab “for the road” sips and bites featuring Maine’s culinary history and vibrant food scene.

Day #3 – Thursday, June 4, 2026
Enjoy breakfast at your hotel before we depart for Len Libby Candies and see Lenny, the 1700-pound life-size chocolate moose made entirely out of Chocolate!
Next, you’ll enjoy Lunch at The Maine Tasting Center. Our host will meet us and share some fun facts about Maine foods. Head to the tasting room for one free beverage; your choice of soda, wine, beer, cider, mead or kombucha to go along with your custom specialty food board.
After lunch, you will board a private Damariscotta Oyster Tasting Cruise. The cruise will include five servings of sumptuous wines and bubblies paired with ten of the freshest Damariscotta River oysters while cruising down the river past the oyster farms, basking seals, bald eagles and other wildlife aboard the comfortable and roomy River Tripper.
On your return trip to the hotel, there is a stop at Allagash Brewing Company in Portland for a Private Tour of their Wild Barrel Room and a tasting of their delicious beer.
Following the tour the group will enjoy a Private Dinner at Allagash Brewing Company, Maine’s largest Brewery founded in 1995 by James Beard Award winner, Rob Tod. Dinner to include 4.5oz Fresh Maine Lobster Rolls, New England Clam Chowder and Maine Whoopie Pies for dessert (alternate selections available for non-lobster lovers). (Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner)
Day #4 – Friday, June 5, 2026
Enjoy breakfast at the hotel, before checking out and traveling to Mason, New Hampshire. Upon arrival you will enjoy lunch at Pickity Place, the illustrative site for the 1948 English edition of Little Red Riding hood, by Elizabeth Orton Jones. Enjoy a delightful 5-course gourmet luncheon in their cozy 1786 cottage, part of the Red Riding Hood museum. Luncheons are created with fresh herbs harvested daily from their 3-acre herb gardens.
