In 1906, Pierre S. du Pont purchased the Peirce Arboretum to save its trees from being cut for lumber. Over the next nearly half century, Mr. du Pont developed Longwood Gardens into what it is today, a magnificent horticultural showplace. During your visit to Longwood Gardens, which now encompasses 1,077 acres of gardens, woodlands, and meadows, you’ll enjoy over 11,000 types of plants and more fountains than any other garden in the US.

The hotel is a smoke-free facility and features complimentary high-speed internet. Guest room types are either king-bed or two queen beds, please advise when making your reservation, the hotel will designate room types based upon availability.

Depart for the world’s largest indoor flower show at the Pennsylvania Convention Center (12th and Arch Streets, Philadelphia) Theme for 2019: FLOWER POWER…….you can expect a tie-in to the 50th anniversary of Woodstock, and you can surmise there will be a fair amount of peace signs to be found!

We encourage you to book early to accommodate any special needs and to assure that members of your party will be seated together. We reserve the right to assign seats when necessary.
ROOM PREFERENCE: We offer both two queen bed rooms and single king bed rooms. Please let us know your preference and we will do our best to match you to that room.
RESERVATIONS: To be FAIR and IMPARTIAL seat assignments will be taken at the time of booking your reservation. Deposit of $100 per person. Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure.
CANCELLATIONS: Cancellations within 60 days from departure will be subject to a $100 fee per person, plus cost for tickets, meals, hotels and other non-recoverable expenses.
