Q: How long have you been in business?

We are celebrating 90 wonderful years in business in 2016!

We are open Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.

You can make a reservation via phone for any tour. We also love putting a face to a name! You can make a reservation at our Wade Terminal located at 797 Burdeck St. Schenectady, NY 12306. Currently we are booking online for day tours and select multiday tours. If you have a gift card/certificate or travel club reward, we ask that reservations are made through the telephone or in store.

Day Tours: Once a reservation is made. Full payment must be received within 10 days. If you are booking online, full payment is due at booking. Multi-Day Tours: Your seats will be assigned at the time of reservation. $50 per person deposit is due at time of booking. Full payment must be received 60 days before trip departure. In some cases, a deposit & payment are required upon reservation.

We accept Visa, MasterCard, & Discover. We also accept Checks and Money Orders, along with Wade Tours gift cards and certificates.

All cancellations must be called-in during regular business hours, Monday – Friday 8:00 am 5:00 pm.

Cancellations MUST be made directly with a reservationist. Cancellations made by email or voice mail cannot be accepted. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE ON ALL TOURS. Travel Club promos & Reward Certificates are non-refundable.

Be clearly advised that from time to time, a tour departure may be cancelled due to lack of participation, in which case you will be fully refunded. Every effort will be made to adhere to the specifics shown here in and in the itineraries. However, circumstances may necessitate alterations. To avoid disappointment, reservations for any tour should be made at least TWO months prior to the departure date. If a tour is “sold out”, please ask to be placed on the waiting list. “Drop outs” do occur.

Day Tours: $20 per person fee plus cost for tickets, meals and other non-recoverable expenses. Cancellations within 48 business hours prior to departure are non-refundable. Casino day trips are non-refundable but transferable.

Multi-Day Tours: Cancellations within 60 days from departure will be subject to a $50 fee per person, plus cost for tickets, meals, hotels, and other non-recoverable expenses. Cancellations for other modes of transportation (ie. air, rail, meals, or cruise) have more restrictive penalties and will vary. NO REFUNDS FOR CANCELLATIONS WITHIN 48 BUSINESS HOURS PRIOR TO DEPARTURE ON ALL TOURS.

Baseball Stadium Policies, Please Note Stadium Terms: Time, opponent, date and club rosters and lineups, including the Team’s roster and lineup, are subject to change. Wade Tours Reservation Cancellations due to these changes are nonrefundable.

There is NO alcohol allowed on the bus.

Yes! Snacks are welcome aboard the bus. Plastic only, glass is prohibited. Coolers are allowed in overhead bins or under your seat in front of you.

NO, smoking is prohibited on the bus. For the convenience of the smokers, we will make stops for rest and relaxation en route to our destination.

Absolutely! Our buses typically hold 56 passengers. Seat Assignments (for most tours): To be fair and impartial all seat assignments will be taken at the time of booking your reservation. We encourage you to book early to accommodate any special needs and to assure that members of your party will be seated together. We reserve the right to reassign seats when necessary.
