At the Culinary Institute of America our 3-course luncheon will be in the American Bounty Restaurant.
First Course: Smoked Idaho Potato Soup, Main Course: Parmesan Crusted Supreme of Chicken Stuffed with Mushrooms and Herbs, Hominy Sun Dried Tomato Gratin, Merlot Sauce, Dessert: Seasonal Fruit Crisp with Buttermilk Ice Cream.
Following your culinary delight, a visit to the Culinary’s gift shop is a must. A special stop with a guided tour is scheduled at Olana. Proper dress required for dining room. |
